We will meet once a week to start. Weekly sessions allow the continuity necessary for the work to unfold. There are times we might decide to meet more or less frequently. This would be informed by what is emerging and agreed between us.

There isn’t a single answer because the work does not follow a fixed framework, and because each client situation is unique. However, I recommend that clients commit to 10 weekly sessions, during which period they should see clear progress towards their goals. Some clients will choose to continue the therapy beyond the initial 10 sessions.
